The wood-fired oven makes our pizzas crunchy, tasty and digestible: the method of making the dough is that of Baffo, the historical manager of this restaurant, active since 1972, who became famous in Europe and the world for the quality of his preparations; in 2002 Baffo received the prize for the best pizza of Lake Garda.
